This Persian maiolica vase has a broad, rounded body that narrows towards its circular foot. A dark band marks the base of the short, cream-coloured neck. Dense floral decoration covers the body: flowers of different shapes, buds and leaves in pink and brown tones are linked by thin dark stems. The cream-coloured background remains visible between the motifs and echoes the colour of the neck and foot.
