Rectangular Kazak rug classified among 100% wool rugs and originating from the Caucasus. The field is arranged around two large, light-toned geometric medallions placed along the central axis and framed by stepped outlines. Angular motifs and smaller ornaments fill the darker areas. Multiple borders alternate floral and geometric patterns in a palette of red, blue, ivory, orange, brown and pale blue. Short fringes finish the ends.
