This maiolica bottle from Iran has a rectangular body with softened corners and a short neck with a circular opening. Its floral decoration extends across the different sides, combining flowers, buds, leaves and stems outlined in brown. Deep blue, pale blue, yellow, pink and green stand against the light base colour. A narrow yellow and dark band encircles the neck, echoing the strong outlines used throughout the design.
